Cloud Landmark Sales Office

Cloud Landmark

Cloud Landmark is a sales office of 600 square meters in Hangzhou, China. The design reflects the shared elegance found in the aesthetics of Hangzhou and Paris. A grille below the ceiling casts moving shadows on the dark green marble floor. Common materials such as marble, wood veneers and stone-textured paint were used to keep the project economical. The construction was completed within 28 days.

Each of the two basement levels and seven upper floors has its own character, yet every area is intentionally left unfinished to allow future change. Non-essential elements were removed to create clear sightlines and simple circulation. About 500 seats and digital directories serve visitors, and a large screen on the facade shows news and event information.
