CR Park Lane Manor
CR Park Lane Manor is a residential interior design for an apartment of about 190 square meters in Shantou, China. A private elevator opens into a gray entrance hall, where a vertical shaft of light sets a calm mood. Warm oak surfaces flow across doors, cabinets and windowsills, and the flooring shifts from dark to light wood to define zones. Structural beams were recessed by 30 centimeters to hold lighting and storage. Sliding partitions let the study join or separate from the living area, and a long dining bar serves both meals and conversation.
CR Park Lane Manor Residence by YANG Donglong has been recognized as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. CR Park Lane Manor Residence won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
