Panlong Tiandi Mtpt
This project is located in Panlong Tiandi, in the northeastern part of Xujing Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai. The space combines the profound cultural heritage of Panlong Ancient Town with the characteristics of Mtpt products, using materials, shapes, sounds, and light and shadow to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, artificial and natural, with the theme of Touching Nature, allowing the beauty of nature to enter within the space and achieving a symbiotic fusion between architecture and landscape.
Panlong Tiandi Mtpt Retail Store by Minghong Ou has been highlighted as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Panlong Tiandi Mtpt Retail Store won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize that honors excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
