George's
Doors at the entrance open to a space of intense bright red. Tinted glass screens offer a sense of privacy. There are two areas: a main dining hall and a VIP lounge. The main hall is bright, with a self-service corner against a white stone wall in a wavy pattern. A ripple metal sculpture hangs from the ceiling. On the far right is the VIP lounge which has soft lighting and a cozy ambiance, with a living room and a dining corner partitioned by Andy Warhol's 'Marilyn Monroe' metal curtain. Overall, the artwork and decor showcase a contemporary and artistic vibe.
George's Restaurant by Monique Lee was selected as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. George's Restaurant earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
