White Folded Lines, a white theme with minimalistic, clean lines to create a comfortable and natural home. The design concept is the folding of surfaces to create lines. The first involves fold, allowing daylight to paint the interior with various shades of light and shadow, revealing the layers of daylight. The second folding is for practical function, with the folding lines arranged in a staggered manner to create a functional design for the interior. The designer uses a progressive approach to create a pure and serene atmosphere, bringing the space back to its most natural and calm tone.
White Folded Lines Residence by Yu-Fong Chang has been highlighted as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. White Folded Lines Residence was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize which honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
