Penthouse Lisbon
Penthouse Lisbon is a residential interior design for a private apartment in Lisbon. The plan is almost round and has few masonry walls, because nearly the entire facade is clad in glass. Daily life takes place in the center of the area, where the television room, the office, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are connected in sequence. Natural light is used from sunrise to sunset. Colors, fabrics, wood types and quartzite stone were selected according to the solar orientation of the apartment.
Penthouse Lisbon Residential House by Rita Valadão was identified as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Penthouse Lisbon Residential House won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition that recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
