Binhai Second Sub
Binhai Second Sub is an optometry center in Tianjin. The interior covers 373 square meters and brings together medical, retail and artistic elements. The facade has a simple shape with dynamic color changes. Concise arcs are integrated with the internal layout to shape the space. A clear circulation route makes full use of the limited area. The second floor holds the inspection center, where a spanning design creates a quiet and open atmosphere. Materials include wood, metal ceilings, green plants, electrified nanometer glass and customized leather sofas.
Binhai Second Sub Optometry Center by Ke Luo was highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Binhai Second Sub Optometry Center earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
