Lam's Villa
The designer was tasked with remodeling a generous four storey villa in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This capacious 700 sqm residence with elevator is the new home for a young couple. One of the space standout features is the soaring ceiling in the living space. The designer is therefore making use of this most eye catching part to create a luxurious yacht inspired interior with a hospitable and friendly personality that would definitely impress visitors when entering the abode. As such, comfy and stylish design elements, as well as relaxing hues have been thoughtfully applied to the overall decor.
Lam's Villa Private Residence by Chiu Chi Ming Danny was identified as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lam's Villa Private Residence received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
