One Hengqin Macao Bay
One Hengqin-Macao Bay is a sales center located on the 43rd floor of the Huafa Hengqin International Finance Building in Zhuhai, a tower with a height of 339 meters. The interior covers 1000 square meters. The design starts from the concepts of clouds and rising tides, and frames the views of sea and sky outside the windows. Metal lines shape the walls, while high-purity marble parquet paves the floor. The layout supports three states of use: communication, rest and work. Natural light and shadow are brought inside to form an immersive experience.
One Hengqin Macao Bay Sales Center by OCEAN LUO was recognized as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. One Hengqin Macao Bay Sales Center won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program that honors excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
