Urban Elysees
Urban Elysees is a residential interior design for an apartment in Taipei. The home of 2,064 square feet includes three rooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. A large wine cabinet acts as the focal point and turns ordinary storage into a showcase that presents the collection like artwork. The cabinet size was based on measurements of different bottle types, and the built-in cooler provides even temperature distribution. Gray and white marble flooring, wire brushed wood walls and iron accents create a calm and modern atmosphere.
Urban Elysees Residential House by Yu Shan Liu was selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Urban Elysees Residential House earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
