The Light Realm
The Light Realm is a three-storey residential interior design. Each floor covers 132 square meters. The first floor holds a spa area, a garage, a living room and a dining room, where a wavy canopy is combined with neat light bands. The second floor has a large window-to-wall ratio that opens the interior to mountain views, plus an outdoor terrace of 66 square meters and indoor barbecue and cooking areas. The third floor is a private level with a bedroom, a dressing room and a sauna. Wood surfaces and curved shapes are used to create a calm setting.
The Light Realm Residential House by Hsueh Yu Yeh has been selected as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. The Light Realm Residential House won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022.
