The karaoke club design draws inspiration from the ancient Chinese philosophy of Wu Xing, or the five elements, symbolizing fundamental phases in the universe's perpetual evolution: Fire, Water, Wood, Metal and Earth. This philosophical foundation informs the conceptual design, weaving the essence of each element into distinct themes reflecting the interconnection of nature and humanity. Situated in central London, the venue serves as a sanctuary, each meticulously crafted room encapsulates the essence of one element, providing a unique, immersive experience resonating with Chinese wisdom.

Pinkbox Club London Karaoke Entertainment Venue by William Hailiang Chen was featured as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Pinkbox Club London Karaoke Entertainment Venue received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
