Poetry of Time
Poetry of Time is a residential interior design project of 1200 square meters located in Shanghai. The layout uses geometric volumes, framed views and shifting circulation lines to create a garden tour experience formed by a series of different scenes. Light and shadow guide movement through the rooms and connect the interior with the natural setting. Materials include volcanic stone, rock panels, ceramic tile, copper sheet and wood veneer. The project was developed between August 2019 and April 2021.
Poetry of Time Residential by Haochen Su was identified as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Poetry of Time Residential won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program which rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
