040 Semi Detached
040 Semi Detached is the interior design of a model house in Zhengzhou, China. The 494.3 square meter home combines a modern approach with western classical aesthetics. Grey and white are the dominant hues, giving the rooms a calm and stylish character. Simplified lines add depth to the space and reduce the heaviness of classical detailing. Marble, brass, wood flooring and wood veneer form the material palette. An open layout maximizes daylight and creates smooth circulation. The master bedroom is linked to a study, a walk-in closet and separate wet and dry bathrooms.
040 Semi Detached Model House by Jishe Cultural Creativity Co., LTD was selected as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. 040 Semi Detached Model House received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
