Zeal Design
Zeal Design is an office interior with an area of 180 square meters. The space is kept entirely white. White paint, white wood surfaces, white metal panels, white leather, white ceramics and ultra white glass are combined to create a pure and quiet visual experience. Curved walls and curved lines on the floor recall the forms of Chinese landscape, so visitors feel placed inside the scenery. Environmentally friendly coatings reduce the use of non-renewable resources. The artworks and installations are handmade from light clay and fabric.
Zeal Design Office by Chengyi Chen has been identified as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Zeal Design Office was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
