Small Yet Well-Rounded
Small Yet Well-Rounded is a residential interior design for a 40-year-old apartment in Taipei, Taiwan. The original home was narrow, leaking and short of storage. An open-plan layout and double-faced walls are used to overcome the spatial limits. The open kitchen has a foldable dining table and flexible cabinetry. A treadmill is set below the living room couch, and a piano is concealed under a desk. The study also serves as a home gym or a guest room. A moon-shaped screen at the entrance combines stone veneer, wood, wavy glass and LED light.
