Pinxiu Xingyue
Pinxiu Xingyue is a model room interior design for a residence of 135 square meters in Guangzhou. The living room and the dining room are joined in an open layout, which widens the space and removes the feeling of enclosure. The dining area holds a multifunctional table with a movable socket that combines appearance and function. A separate multifunctional room serves as a study, a handicraft workshop and a reading area. Glass, light and simple furniture details shape a calm modern interior intended for family life.
Pinxiu Xingyue Model Room by Mto Design Artworks was identified as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Pinxiu Xingyue Model Room won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award that rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
