The layout includes an entrance, a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light and outdoor greenery into the open plan. Low-chroma colors and the natural textures of stone, thin brick and titanium plated metal define the space. Herringbone wood flooring adds warmth to the living room and the study.
