Mountain in Heart
Mountain in Heart is a residential apartment interior design in Taipei, Taiwan, with a floor area of 125.6 square meters. The original four-bedroom layout was remodeled into a home with two master bedrooms, a dressing room, a study room and a bar counter. Simple lines and quiet details shape each space. Materials include iron pieces, aluminum frame glass doors, painted veneers, stone, system boards and wear-resistant wood floors. Abundant daylight and dimmable recessed ceiling lamps reduce the need for artificial light and save energy.
Mountain in Heart Residential Apartment by Chih Chieh Tien was recognized as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Mountain in Heart Residential Apartment was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award which honors excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
