Mayfair by the Sea
Mayfair by the Sea is a duplex residential interior design located on the top floor of a building, with a 180-degree sea view. The layout includes an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a rooftop area. A palette of white and grey creates a modern living space for a couple. Materials include logwood for storage and furniture, glass, veneers, fabrics, natural stones, tiles, wallpaper and plastic. The master suite has a large cloakroom separated by a tall transparent wardrobe, with a jewelry display cabinet inside. Electronic rolling curtains and coated glass reduce high temperatures.
Mayfair by the Sea Interior Design by Grande Development Limited has been identified as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Mayfair by the Sea Interior Design received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020.
