Te Ming
Te Ming is a showroom for a kitchen cabinet brand, located in Shanghai, China. The showroom covers 2000 square meters and presents a custom home furnishing vision. Several simulated living spaces are arranged to display a bookshelf system and large living room furniture. The main materials include cement art paint, art brick, Italian handmade flooring, black titanium brushed stainless steel and Italian slate. Decoration is kept limited so that the products remain the focus. Contrasting materials and colors emphasize the modern character of each space.
Te Ming Showroom by Wang Zheng Design was selected as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Te Ming Showroom won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
